There are some very good organisations that deal with domestic abuse for men. Here are some below.

Men’s Advice Line –
Men’s Advice Line is a confidential helpline for male victims of domestic abuse and those supporting them. We offer advice and emotional support to men who experience abuse, and signpost to other vital services that help keep them and their children safe.

Man Kind –
The ManKind Initiative was the first charity in Great Britain to support male victims of domestic abuse. They are at the forefront of providing services and support for male victims and campaigning to ensure that male victims receive the support they need from other organisations
