Ever had that feeling?
Feelings of frustration and not being to express how you feel, can’t find the right words or its just a emotion too deep to explain.
Expressing your self in a visual form can be the key to unlocking those deep emotional feelings helping to release, anger, frustration,pain or hurt. using colours and images to create a master piece that can far surpass words.
(There’s a saying a picture paints a thousand words)
Come and learn what colours mean and how you can use them to alter mood, atmosphere and senses.
During your sessions you’ll use sound, smell and paints to self express just how we feel inside and release whats deep within.
Each session is two hours long, you’ll be given a paint board (Which will be yours to take home when your paintings finished) you’ll also have the use of easel, paints, Brushes, pallet knifes, paint pallets.
In your first session we’ll talk about colours and their meanings and how you can use them to express and explore your feelings.
Then you can start with your painting (you may not finish your painting in this session) all painting will be stored in a safe place until you take them home.
During your session there will be tea and coffee available through out.
